It is wise to eat at least two raw salads each day, including a few leaves and flowers of herbs gathered from your garden
Herbs such as chickweed, brahmi, mint, lemon balm, chicory, parsley, thyme, rocket, coriander, land/water cress, nasturtium flowers and leaves,
young borage leaves and flowers,and calendula flowers are some of the choices of herbs you can grow and use
Vary the herbs you use each day allowing your intuition to help you decide which plants are the most beneficial for you at that time
Use a good quality, cold pressed vegetable oil and organic apple cider vinegar or lemon juice as a dressing for your salads
You may season with Celtic salt if desired
