• make your own herbal home remedies with both these herbs
• make an infused oil as well as a vinegar tincture for you to bring home and to add to your home remedies

You will make your own home remedies from these plant allies

You will learn how to

• harvest and dry the herbs
• infuse these herbs in olive oil to make a salve
• infuse these herbs in vinegar

At the end of the workshop you will have had the pleasure of meeting sweet violet and chickweed growing in my garden, harvesting their bounty and transforming them into your own remedies that you will use at home

The morning includes

• herbal morning tea, with nourishing herbal infusions, coffee or golden milk (our turmeric) and herbal delights to eat.
• take home notes
• sweet violet and chickweed to dry for tea
• jars of your sweet violet and chickweed infused in olive oil and vinegar
