sore throat
A sore throat can be the result of an infection which is often accompanied by a fever
It can also be a result of irritation or drying out of the mucous membrane of the throat caused by mouth breathing
Because the air is not being humidified it causes the tissues of the nasal passages and throat to dry out and swell
If it is not an infected throat the soreness usually disappears within a few hours of waking and after having something to drink
what you can do
